Welcome to SK's Salon & Spa. By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability. By completing a booking through our website, you agree to arrive at the scheduled time and location. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or failure to appear (no-show) may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. The full service price may still apply for significantly late arrivals.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website and in-salon are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation and at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is left to your discretion.

Health & Safety

For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe proceeding could pose a health risk. A patch test may be required 48 hours prior to certain chemical treatments.

Minors

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for chemical services on minors.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of booking appointments, sending confirmations, and communicating about your services. Your information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to improve your browsing experience. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
